How much do you like it?
The action is purely arcade, driving a yellow F1 (inspired by the 1987 Lotus Honda, driven by Ayrton Senna and Satoru Nakajima), with a three-dimensional third-person view from behind the car. The video game uses official licenses only for sponsors and names but not for the cars, so the names and colors “remember” the real Formula 1 cars of the time. We start in 100th position and we must gradually go up the rankings to access the following tracks and get to first place.
Each race has a time limit and the tracks are identical to the originals. The car is sensitive to blows from both roadside barriers and opposing cars, and in the event of a collision you have to quickly return to the pits, otherwise the car will explode and the consequent loss of time; furthermore, even in the event of sudden rain, it is necessary to go to the pits to replace the tires (although this does not affect the car’s grip). The game features two-speed transmission (high and low).
